Citizens for Crystal Quade spent the most out of political committees within a city in Christian County during the third quarter of 2023.

It spent $105,619 on 41 vendors during the time period.

The largest expense was for Media Production to Snyder Pickerill Media Group, which is based in Chicago.

The second largest political spend from a committee operating in a city within Christian County during the third quarter of 2023 came from Lincoln PAC. It spent $20,721 during the time period on 13 different vendors.

What’s known as “dark money”, which comes from political non-profits and shell corporations, has greatly increased expenditures and donations in recent elections to record-breaking highs.
